Return & Exchange Policy – Vayne

Need to return an item?
No problem — we’re here to help. Just keep your order number and the email used at checkout ready.


🔁 Exchanges

If your item didn’t fit or wasn’t what you expected, don’t worry — we offer quick and easy exchanges to ensure you get exactly what you want.

To request an exchange, contact our Customer Service team or submit a request through your customer dashboard under “Exchange Request.”

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and free of wear or damage.

  • Original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.

  • The request must be made within 60 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned item at our distribution center, our team will inspect it within up to 3 business days.
If approved, we will promptly ship the replacement item.


🎁 Store Credit (Voucher)

Prefer a credit instead of exchanging?

We can issue a store credit for the full value paid.

  • Valid for 6 months

  • Can be used on any product in our store

  • Issued once the returned item is received and approved


💸 Refunds

We do not provide full refunds by default.

Our refund model works as follows:

✔ Unlimited exchanges (recommended)
✔ Full store credit (recommended)
❌ Full refund (not offered)

If the customer declines both exchange and store credit, we offer a partial refund of 60% of the total paid amount.
The remaining 40% covers logistic, processing, and restocking costs.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Refund Method:

  • Credit card payments: refunded to the same card used at checkout

  • Alternative payment methods: refunded to a bank account in the customer’s name within up to 10 business days


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Requests made after 60 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, odor, or improper handling cannot be returned.

  • If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, please wait for delivery and then return it following the normal procedure.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal items may be non-returnable (as indicated on the product page).

  • All product measurements are listed in centimeters (cm) to help you select the correct size before purchasing.
