Shipping & Delivery Policy

DELIVERY TIME

The items available on our website are shipped directly from international manufacturers and suppliers. We partner with high-quality global logistics systems, ensuring efficient delivery times and transportation security. We are certified by the Remessa Conforme program and collaborate with the Alibaba Group (AliExpress) to optimize import processes. Within Brazil, products are distributed through Correios.

The shipping period begins after payment confirmation, which may take 1 to 4 business days. Once the order is processed, the tracking code will be provided within 72 hours.

Average delivery times:

  • International (Asia & USA): 10 to 16 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Overall average: 12 to 14 business days.

All customs duties and import taxes are already included in the product’s final price, ensuring no additional costs for our customers. In case of any unexpected charges, Vayne will cover them.

⚠️ Please note: Weather events, strikes, or exceptional situations may affect delivery times.


DELIVERY RULES AND CONDITIONS

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., except on holidays.

Remote areas may have extended delivery times or require pickup at the nearest Correios branch.

Deliveries are available only within national territory.

IMPORTANT: The address and phone number must be up to date in your account to avoid delivery issues.


ABSENCE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

If no one is available to receive the package, Correios may leave a notice for pickup at the nearest agency.


ORDER TRACKING

After confirming your purchase, you will receive an email with your order details.
Once the product is shipped, a second email will be sent with the tracking code.
