At Vayne, our commitment is to offer high-quality products and a shopping experience that exceeds expectations. If your purchase has not met your needs, we are available to help, following clear guidelines for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Repentance and Withdrawal
You may request an exchange or return for a product due to repentance or withdrawal within 7 (seven) days of receipt, provided that:

The product is in perfect condition, with no signs of use;

The original packaging and all accessories are intact;

The seal (where applicable) has not been broken.
How to proceed:

Contact Vayne support via email: contact@vayne.com.

Send the product via Correios (postal service), with shipping paid by the customer, to the provided sender's address.

After Vayne receives and analyzes the product, you may opt for:

Store credit for the total amount paid (valid for 6 months);

A refund of the amount via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Note: If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is requested, you must wait for delivery, return it to the indicated address, and then receive the refund.
Important

Products defective due to misuse or requests made outside the established deadlines will not be accepted.

Product dimensions are provided in centimeters to assist in choosing the correct size.

In accordance with the Consumer Defense Code (Art. 18), exchanges due to regret over color, size, or model outside the 7-day legal period are not mandatory.
Other Occurrences
If your order has any issues, such as:

Opened or damaged packaging;

Damaged product;
-
Product different from the order;

Missing accessories;
➡️ Refuse the delivery at the time of receipt.
If the product is still received, contact us within 72 hours of receipt via email.
Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

Requests must be communicated to Vayne in advance.

Products sent without communication, outside the deadline, or without the original items/accessories may be sent back to the customer without prior consultation.
